Do not bother ordering anything from office outlet, they are garbage, I ordered an chair from them over a week ago, they still can't find my order but have taken my money, there is no way to complain and the only way to get hold of anyone is via their website online chat, still waiting for an answer to my query, avoid them like the plague

I ordered what looked like a good product in early Jan. 4 weeks later, It have not got it. I have tried to follow up with them, had two vague emails. But still not got my product. It's impossible to talk to anyone, despite signposting on website saying 'talk to a human'.. which leads you up a cul de sac.

Ordered 'Vinsetto Massage Recliner Ergonomic Gaming Heated Home Office Padded Velvet-Feel Fabric & Swivel Base Office Chair - Grey' on a Sunday night and it turned up on the next Tuesday.
Can't fault the company in any way.

I came to Trustpilot and found a previous review stating how Office Outlet can just cancel your order without notifying you first - this is exactly what happened to me. Despite it being stated in their help section, it is frustrating to have to find out by a PayPal refund and not a cancellation email. Adding onto this, there was no confirmation email (which you should receive according to the help section) when I checked out my order, so I had no order number to track the order status either! Overall, not a great first experience. If Office Outlet had delivered, the deal would have been pretty amazing however.

Cancelled my order without getting in contact with me so that they could relist the item at a higher price. Only found out because I noticed the refund charge. Will reorder from somewhere else for the same price, seeing as this company don't follow their own terms and conditions.

i have been buying my stationary from your old kent road branch for over ten years but my second to last trip i bought about £500.00 worth of stationary only to be told at a later date that the company has gone to receivers and i can not return some of the items .
hope your service will improve in future.

Second time I have purchased office furniture from Office Outlet - the product is fantastic quality - assembly however is let down by the instructions which aren't the most explicit and in some cases you have to use your own judgement.

Really good price for printer paper as it was on an offer just at the time when we needed it. The added bonus of free next day delivery, which actually arrived the next day too was great. Communications are great as we had both texts and emails to say the order was on its way and a little surprise inside one of the boxes, which I will keep as a surprise for others! Will definitely be using Office Outlet again.

I purchased 5 reams of paper because we have 6 printers at our home address (to accomodate lots of printing requirements) Our usual paper appears to become almost unobtainable.so we searched and searched. We finally ordered 5 reams from OFFICE OUTLET where the price was about 35% of some prices elsewhere. It arrived the following day, much to our surprise. Upon examination it proved superior to the previously used paper. So thank you Office Outlet. We will searching your website for other supplies. Excellent product and excellent service! 5 stars for each.
